Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Starbase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Using the service

You may use Starbase only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account, your team members, and the activities performed through your workspace.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your credentials. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account or workspace.

Fees and billing

Paid features may be offered on a subscription or usage basis. Unless otherwise stated, fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable except where required by law, and may change on a prospective basis with notice.

Customer content

You retain ownership of the data, files, prompts, and other content you submit to the Service. You grant DeepModel a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate and improve Starbase for you.

Acceptable use

You may not use Starbase to:

• Violate law, infringe rights, or breach contractual obligations.
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.
• Probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Use the Service to generate, store, or distribute content that is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unlawful.

Intellectual property

DeepModel and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in Starbase, including the software, design, trademarks, and related intellectual property, excluding your content and any third-party materials.

Third-party services

Starbase may integrate with third-party tools, models, or services. We are not responsible for third-party products, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the Service or other users, or if continued operation is no longer commercially feasible.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepModel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
